The trio KO•AX presents its third studio album, “wohin”, thereby celebrating its tenth anniversary on stage. Following the albums “loose frames” and “immersion”, the band explores personal milestones and current socio-political events in its own unique instrumental language in this new programme.
Musically, the trio has, from the very beginning, blended contemporary jazz with influences from rock, electronic music and new music. In their original compositions, elements of minimal music meet synthesiser pads, catchy melodies meet delicate soundscapes, and subtle musical wit meets driving grooves.
