This year for the first time from May 10 till 11 the festival “hoerthoert” takes place in Vienna. The festival has been developed by young jazz and improvisation musicians around the record label company “Listen closely”. The idea is to bring the art of listening close to the people. 20 musicians from 5 different countries show how exciting and fresh improvised music can be. The Bands will be „Memplex“, „Mallinger Schraml Heinzle“, „Schmoliner Badenhorst Niggenkemper“, „Philipp Harnisch Quartett“, „Werner Zangerle Quartett“ and „Hypnotic Zone“.
